New place, big rooms, very clean, great beds, nice balcony, lovely pool, tasty dinner buffet. Close to airport.
Some construction work still going on. Breakfast could be better. A few of the staff don't understand English.

Good air conditioning and spacious rooms. The view of palm trees and the pool is decent.
Loud noises from the floor above can disrupt your peace.

Rooms were spacious with good beds and nice balconies. Nice swimming pool. Free wi-fi also in the room!
Airconditioning in room wasn't quite efficient enough for the room size. They were doing some maintenance work around the restaurant area so it wasn't very cosy at the moment.

Clean and comfortable stay. Nice pool. Indian food a la carte was good. Handy for airport connection.
We were on the top floor and the airconditioning generator kept us awake. We had to change room in the middle of the night.

The ambience at Uday Suites, The Airport is enchanting, with a beautiful garden and a lovely pool adding to the good experience. The spacious rooms come equipped with modern amenities, including a comfy king-size bed. The dining options stand out too, especially the variety in the breakfast buffet that includes local dishes and fresh bread from their live counter. Particularly Mr Gokul.

This is a really nice, clean hotel near the airport. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to see the town, but if you are arriving or departing it is very nice and convenient.

Truly friendly staff, with many of them speaking excellent English.
1 1/2 days almost no water to shower properly. 2 out of 3 days no hot water. 80-90% of the time no i-net, as they seem to use a cheap provider. It worked only very late at night or in the early morning. Too much noise from generators or A/C sytems on next floor. The engineers calimed there was no noise. The staff did hear it, but was helpless. It is safe to presume it will never be fixed, as it was a 'new'problem. It was not... Some tasty foods, but the food served need improvement. This is the maybe most overrated hotel on Booked.net! Even by different Indian standards this is NOT a 4-star hotel.

The staff were not just helpful, they really cared for us like family. The outdoor pool was a chill spot, with clean water and snacks served at the side,, great for kids.

Our stay was for a duration of about 8 hrs. What I got to see was clean rooms , friendly and helpful staff, good food in clean and hygienic surroundings. The place is maintained well. The early morning check out and drop to the airport went smoothly without any hiccups. We had a quiet and a restful night prior to our onward trip to Kolkatta.
Can't think of anything that I did'nt like.

It was a comfortable, clean hotel with a clean, working, Western toilet.
The desk staff was disorganized, rude, incompetent and one staff member was bordering on abusive. I felt the hotel ripped me off on numerous occasions when arranging for taxi services. On another occasion, a staff member called my room incessantly, for five minutes with no stop while I was in the shower, to try to get me to pay extra on a taxi bill that I had already paid, in fact overpaid (he claimed he found out after that the bill was more?). When I asked him to talk to his supervisor to settle the matter, he grew more agitated and yelled at me. I was forced to hang up. The next morning he brought it up again and harassed me. There was no understanding of how to treat guests or resolve issues. It deeply disturbed me.

Hardly any! The only thing I noticed missing in this hotel was that the toilet doesn't have hair dryers.
